    2.40.Lingfield..Caspar The Cub......3rd
The four-year-old racked up four wins on the bounce at Kempton between October and December, but then found fellow Allan King trained runner Cosmeapolitan too sharp. However Cosmeapolitan was able to steal an early advantage. Jockey Martin Harley will surely be a bit more alive to the treat this time, and Caspar the Cub would not have to find too much to reverse that form.

    Good luck all

Four wins from 19 runs last year. Creditable 1 1/2 lengths third of 9 to Pivotal Flame in handicap ( 8/1 ) at this course ( 13f, AW ) 9 days ago, not ideally placed. Expected to be bang there.

      Good luck all.

Posted a much improved effort at Newcastle 11 days ago and looks the type to make further progress. Making up for lost time as she was unraced until turn of this year. Has to be of interest.

        Good luck all.

Smart gelding. C & D winner. Eight wins from 22 Flat runs. Career best when winning 6-runner handicap at Lingfield ( 8f, AW, 3/1 ) 35 days ago, having run of race. Big player if replicating that form.

          Good luck all.

            6.45.Areen Heart.. Wolverhampton..
Reliable gelding who has finished runner-up in five of his seven starts since November, and again ran up to his best when third of 8 to Pinnata at Newcastle last time. Can't be ruled out.

            7.15.Wolverhampton..Miss Bates.
Barely had to improve to land a 1m handicap at Newcastle last month, and while she can't be ignored, this does look a stiffer task now raised 5lb.

            Good luck all.

Temperamental sort but arrives on the back of a pair of C & D wins ( novice/ seller) in recent weeks. More on his plate under a penalty back in handicap but clearly at the top of his game.

              Good luck all.

Beaten 1/2L twice over C & D in recent months, once from this mark and last time from 1lb higher and in better race. Has to be taken very seriously.

                3.10.Lingfield..Bay of Naples …….1st 14/1
Sent off 7/4 on debut when one pace in the closing stages and beaten over 4L at Newcastle ( 7f ) recently. Should come on for the experience and tries a different surface here, so he may be capable of better.

                Good luck all.

First run since leaving David Evans when very good second of 7 in handicap at Kempton ( 6f, 13/2 ) 23 days ago, rallying. Needs consideration from same mark.

                  4.50.Lingfield..Music Major....4th
Course winner, 11/1 and cheekpieces on for 1st time, bit below form fourth of 12 in handicap at Wolverhampton ( 12.2f ) 27 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Enters calculations.

                  Good luck all.

Improved again when following up Leicester handicap win at Newbury last month, overcoming mistakes. Trainer ( also runs Distingo ) usually has one ready for this and could go well.

Posted best effort for some time when close fifth of 11 to Little Paver in handicap over C & D 31 days ago, not clear run. Looks on a decent mark and is an interesting contender.

                    Good luck all.

Smart hurdler. Smart winner at 24f over hurdles. 121/4 lengths of 11 to Ballyward in Group 3 chase ( 8/1 ) at Naas ( 24f good to soft ) on debut over fences 21 days ago, travelling best. Should improve.

                      Good luck all.

Dual purpose performer in Ireland with Joseph O'brien, and made a winning start for this stable over hurdles at Ayr ( 2m 3f+, soft) 12 days ago, 3-25 on the flat ( turf) - tries an artificial surface for the first time tonight.

                        Good luck all.

Appeared to appreciate the switch to the AW for handicap debut ( 7f, Wolverhampton ) as a juvenile scoring off a mark of 64. Failed to fire when tried on turf again but sprang back to life returned to the AW, this will be her polytrack debut.

                          5.15.Chelmsford.Key to Power.
Promising type who built on her one juvenile outing off 9 months break when landing the odds over 5f at Lingfield recently. Made short work of relatively simple task, carries a penalty but surprising if she can't win again in a weak heat.

                          Good luck all

One of three C & D winners in this doing so off a 3lb lower ark in December on his first start for this yard. Bounced back to form last time after a disappointing run again over C & D, this track and trip look to suit and won't be far away.

                            Good luck all

Four times C&D winner. Four wins from 19 runs last year. Respectable second of 10 in handicap over C&D 4 weeks ago. Ought to figure again.

                              Good luck all.

Very nice bred New Approach colt who could do no more than slam three modest rivals at Beverly in September when hacking up on debut. One paced fourth on return at Lingfield as an odds on favourite disappointment but better expected now.

                                Good luck all.
