This was in gault stats before last years festival havent updated it

TOP FESTIVAL JOCKEYS - 2008 to 2012 - Walsh 20 wins, Geraghty 13, McCoy 8, Russell 7, Johnson 5. Geraghty +£16 level stakes for all rides during that time, Andrew Lynch +£36. AP last won top jockey in 1998. Ruby has 34 winning Festival rides the last 10 of which were all over hurdles. Last winning Festival chase ride was Kauto Star, Gold Cup 2009. Room for mischief talk, there. (1 pt for who trained his only 2 winning rides outside the Mullins/Nicholls axis? Answer at the bottom of this page).

Current all time list - Walsh 34, McCoy 27, Taaffe 25, Geraghty 25.

Jockeys Cold List - Choc Thornton not going through a great time at the moment and as the poor man suffered a broken arm on Monday 4th, we will stop there. Good luck to you, sir. The current leaders in the cold Festival list over 5 years are A Coleman 29 rides, T Murphy 27, D Casey 26, J Moore 25, Thornton 23, D Condon 23. Andrew Tinkler is 0-32 on course over about 1160 days. However T Scudamore is no longer on the List after Salut Flo, Mildmay 2012. Broke a losing run of 50 odd. Well done Tom, mentioned here last year. Must have given his confidence a boost as he then then gave The Giant Bolster a great spin at 50/1 the next day. I'm getting good at this, having provoked Conor O'Dwyer to win back to back Champion Hurdles on Hardy Eustace when he was 0 from 70 odd in Festival rides. Paul Townend is 1 from 47 at the Festival over the last five years, his only winner being for Arthur Moore on What A Charm. Unlucky on Boston Bob?
